The Garrard County Ambulance Service located in
Lancaster, Kentucky, has recently selected 911 Billing
Services, Inc. as their billing agency.
They were selected over other services after much
research and debate by county magistrates. As director
I was involved in the selection process. Their
references were excellent, but one of the most
noteworthy aspects of the service was availability. I
contacted the office one night at 9:30 pm looking for
Linda Basham. I was surprised they had people working
that late and within minutes my call was forwarded to
Mrs. Basham.
My time is valuable and I was impressed when my question
was answered promptly with no number menu to listen to
or voice mail to leave. This influenced my decision to
contract with 911 Billing Services.
