911 Billing was established in 1999 and since then has provided
expert billing and consulting services that are specialized for
the unique needs of the EMS industry. Since that time, the
company has expanded it business so that it now services over 25
clients in multiple states.
Linda Basham, Chief Executive Officer, has been involved in the
EMS industry since 1984. She is certified as a Certified
Healthcare Billing Manager, CHBME. Linda has served on the
Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Service sub-committee for
Ambulance Reimbursement since its inception and is extremely
knowledgeable with the CMS regulations that govern Medicare and
Medicaid.
Staff of 911 Billing Services and Consultant, Inc. receives
frequent training which includes attendance at the most
up-to-date seminars and workshops. It is our experience
that in addition to the formal training received at such venues,
the opportunity to network with other billing professionals has
helped to promote a greater degree of professionalism,
enthusiasm and efficiency among those who attend.

the Kentucky Ambulance Provider Association, the Indiana
Ambulance Association and the Healthcare Billing Management
Association.
